Man beaten to death because of xenophobia

This is probably one of the most upsetting video clips from South Africa ever, a 26 year old man was beaten to death in Diepsloot, Johannesburg. A mob repeatedly threw him with bricks and a unknown man destroyed his face with a wooden plank, he was still alive when it happened.

His crime was that he was from Zimbabwe......

This has put South Africa yet again in a bad light internationally, and therefore having a negetive impact on our society.

Exactly like this, which is actually quite frightening because when I was a kid I loved these things. Good thing I am older and only play on these things when the hard liquor is flowing.

FAIL Tuesday; Do you know this thief by any chance?

A stolen Macbook has taken pictures of its “new” owner for the world to see.

The man in the picture permanently borrowed a Mr. Gerry Greyling’s laptop on the 21^st of April 2011 from his office.

He installed the tracking software after his first laptop got stolen and it looks that it paid off because this face will be in every chain email for the next few days.

How it works is that you activate the tracker from the company and the laptop secretly takes pictures of its new owner and it gets sent to the firm. So you get your face sent to the owner and the police if you are naughty.

But what boggles my mind is that after he reported it to the police, the “new” owner switched off the tracker….How on earth did he know that he would be tracked?

Yes it does tend to raise a few questions. But in anyway, enjoy the best fails of this mighty fine week

The DJ (Leon Botha) who appeared in Die Antwoord's Enter the Ninja music video has died

Leon Botha died at the age of 26 from Progeria on Sunday, he was believed to be the oldest person with this condition.

What a loss of such a talented person, despite having a disease that makes you age  so fast, he still made great music and lived a life that only a few could grasp.

Botha was known for both his DJ and artistic talent, he appeared in Die Antwoord’s smash hit music video Enter the Ninja. 

 

What sums up Leon for me, has got to be this quote:

"I am too focused on living my life as it is, to constantly draw my energy or focus towards my physical "state". Just like any other human being, I don’t like to be reduced to a condition or a statistic & I sure as hell won’t end up on one of the photos to be paraded on websites to inspire pity & shit… wrong guy."

RIP Leon, you lived life to the fullest and probably still making beats in a better place.

What can go wrong

I got this video sent to me this morning, and it portrays exactly on how a prank can turn horribly wrong, don’t know if it is real or not. But to me it looks quite realistic to say the least. Poor girl for being a victim of a simple joke turning out in a bad way.

Just imagine how her “friends” must feel because all in all they are the responsible ones for orchestrating this and the end result.

If you are done watching this and thinking to yourself, “What the hell just happened?” Don’t stress, I smiled at the beginning because I knew what was going to happen, but as soon as she made contact with the car all my assumptions went out the door with my smile.

How to drink beer properly

If I could drink a beer like that, I would definitely not drink and drive. For the plain and simple reason, that I would cause an accident and die a horrible firey death.

But what I like more about this video clip than the actual guy downing the beer is his friend’s facial expression next to him, that can only be described as magical!

FAIL Tuesday - Collect your prize Schabir Shaik

The biggest failure of the week has to be Schabir Shaik, the "terminally ill" convicted criminal that is on death’s bed. Well he has been spotted by numerous people saying that he doens’t look ill at all, to put it in the most simple words: he is supposed to be in JAIL but he is NOT! 

But Sunday afternoon he was involved in a fist fight on a golf course, correct me if I am wrong but a sick person should not be playing golf and also not be in fights. That is South African justice system being the real failure here. 

But what can we do....nothing much except moan and groan, but all is not lost. I have added a few more fails that is very close to my heart for all you lovely people out there.

Let’s do the FAIL - Harold Camping

He is probably the biggest FAIL of this week without a doubt, if you are asking yourself who is Harold Camping, well readers it is the guy that said the world will end and the rapture will be on the 21^st of May 2011…..Well it is already the 24^th of May and still no end of the world in sight! Take a bow Mr Camping because you are in fact the biggest Failure of the week! Good One

Think before you write

How important is grammar, it can make or break a sentence. I know a lot of people don’t give a hell about it, but I do because it means how educated are you or if you know how to use the check spelling tool on your device.

 I am not talking about the spelling when you write to your Liefie or Gawie on your Blackberry, that can pass for any kind of writing because it is usually consists of, “Bbe e sa ltr jo si, wnt e t bsg mt m wrk or hud? dnt knw wht t do 2nght, thy r gon out bt I rly nt in d mood fr anythn.”

Yes all of you could have read that with no problem what so ever. But my point is, watch out for stupid mistakes with your grammar, otherwise you could be in the same boat as this young Einstein below me.

Osama is dead, joy to the world....

Osama Bin Laden is dead and now all the attention from the Royal wedding is now shifted to the dead terrorist, now queue all the funny jokes. 

I have heard some of the worst and best ones so far, one of best jokes but getting kind of lame is probably "In other news, Chuck Norris just returned from his vacation in Pakistan." But the best ones have got to be: "They buried Osama Bin Laden at sea right next to the other greatest villain ever... MegaTron" "Osama Bin Laden still listed on FBI Most Wanted site, with a $25 Million reward! I'm going fishing!" "What abomination lays lifeless at the bottom of the sea responsible for 1000's of deaths? The Titanic." “Osama Bin Laden buried at sea. I was surprised he didn't float -- like most shit does!”

But it is better that he is gone, I was quite getting tired that Al Queda is everywhere and Afganistan is the most dangerous country in the world, they have obviously never been in Soshanguve or Mamelodi.

Why some guys don't belong in the kitchen

I know I am not the best cook in the world or the best person to be around in a kitchen, because I get more in the way than anything else and burn a lot of things. But I would like to say I do make a mean batch of 2 minute noodles or eggs on toast. But this guy in this video has got to be one of the dumbest in the world, a lot of girls will probably be watching this and thinking: “that is my guy without me right now”.

Very bad parents

How could people just stand and watch this kid play with the snake, it may be milked ( that means no poison ) but still, very irresponsible. Worst of all it could be the kid's parents cheering the little midget on. Don't know about you but there is no way in hell I would come close to such a big cobra being pissed.

Petrol price is expected to rise by another 65 cents next month.

Dolphin trying to hump a woman, weird!?

So looks like this is the week of animals doing random stuff, it's a dolphin, apparently one of the smartest animals having himself a ball with a lady.

It is funny and same time disturbing because I have honestly never seen a dolphin do this.

Please explain how is this possible.

Like really what the fuck is going on here, it is a goat with a monkey on it's back doing a "high rope". And to top it off , the monkey does a handstand on the goat. Are animals secretly freakish gymnasts?!
